Heartful Crafts is a crafting company based in Melbourne, Australia. We operate online retail stores selling DIY craft kits, including diamond painting kits (via Heartful Diamonds) and latch hook kits (via Latch Hook Crafts).
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old to make a purchase or create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the relevant store and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, although price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen differences, and minor variations in physical products are normal for handmade craft materials.
When you upload a photo for a custom product, you represent that you own the rights to the image or have obtained permission from the rights holder. We reserve the right to refuse any image that we believe infringes copyright, contains inappropriate content, or cannot produce a satisfactory result as a craft kit.
Custom products are made to order and are subject to our returns policy as described on the relevant store website.
Delivery timeframes provided on our websites are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary based on your location, customs processing, and carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Each of our stores maintains its own returns and refund policy, which is available on the respective store website. Generally, we offer a 90-day return policy and lifetime warranty on manufacturing defects. Please refer to the specific store's policy for full details.
All content on our websites — including text, images, logos, graphics, and software — is the property of Heartful Crafts or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Heartful Crafts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
